For primi piati we will have home made ravioli con salvia e fungi. The Pasta dough we bought at La Marra.
For starters we are having the neighbours speciality: Appenzeller “Cheesecake” with coriander and anis. Yummy!

The wine for the dinner was the lovely ” Les Barthelles” from Mas du Soleilla. But because of the special occasion we treated ourselves with one bottle of the Reserve 2002. A absolutely fantastic wine !
