Last saturday we had our annual coeur de sel xmas dinner. The men were djing the night before and were still fighting their hangovers. The woman had a nice bottle of wine with their racelette while looking after the kids and therefore were tired to. The best premise for a really funny evening…
We had a christmas tree, it was snowing outside and we drank the lovely “les Bartelles” red wine from Mas du soleilla even before we went to the kitchen.
Here some impressions:
As starters we had oysters
Followed by an outstanding mackerel terrine
and a fantastic light celeriac soup with red onions and cavalo nero
Next came ravioli with walnuts and orange filling.
Main course was a mixed salad with beetroot, Roquefort and
chargrilled lobster tails. Grilled on the balcony in the snow.
For pudding we had profiteroles.
