Nothing better than a grill party with friends on a warm summer night.

We had one yesterday, I was longing for this to happen since early spring but some how it never happened untill now.

I had big plans on what to cook but as usually I did not have enough time.

I ended up serving bruscettas and a potato, trout and horseradish salad ( a very nice jamie oliver recipe). Barb made a lovely Tabbouleh and houmus. We also had home made bread and for dessert we had blueberry muffins and red currant cake – yummy!

Kevin and me had a whole samlet from the Valais on the grill, stuffed with herbs from the garden and some lemon – fantastic!
