Winter Veg Thai Meal

A Thai style dish made to a large extent with local winter vegetables



Ingredients: Cabbage, ginger, chicory, oranges, chillies, garlic, walnuts and elements of spice curry

Chop the vegetables, garlic and chillies , peel and grate the ginger, peel an orange.

cook the walnuts in butter in a frying pan, adding honey and pepper until shiny golden brown.

Stir fry the garlic, chillies, add curry spice (preferrably first in the oil with the garlic, also adding a little cane sugar), add the vegetables, – cabbage first as it takes longest.

Add salt, throw in the orange. When done, add the nuts

Serve with rice.
