Marinate the shrimps in turmeric, salt, lime juice.
Heat the oil and fry the onions, garlic, ginger and cinnamon. Add the tomatoes without juice and fry briefly. Then add the potatoes, the tomato juice, the curry and rampa leaves.
While the veg cook fry the shrimps in a separate pan till all the water evaporated.
Now add the curry powder, the vegetable stock, a few slices of pepper and some pepper corns to the vegetables.
Add the shrimps to the vegetables and cook till the potatoes are tender.
Garnish with parsley.
