Shaved asparagus pizza with broad beans

Deb came up with this pizza just when I was about to get bored of my garden grown asparagus.
Raw asparagus on a pizza? Sounded exciting to my ears. I changed the recipe a bit and added blanched fave ( broad beans ), because I put fave on everything at the moment scared of the day where you can’t get them anymore. Obviously my garden fave don’t grow so enthusiastic as my asparagus .

Shave asparagus with the potato peeler. Blanch and peel you broad beans ( 2 handfull ). Roll out your dough.

Sprinkle pizza your dough with Parmesan ( a good handful), then mozzarella ( I always use buffalo). Pile asparagus on top and bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes until edges are browned, the cheese is bubbly and the asparagus might be lightly charred.

You could also try doing it with goats cheese instead of mozzarella.
